How We Can Help

At Guardian Trust Care, our carers are trained in Dementia Care and awareness so that your loved one is in trusted hands. A person living with dementia can at times find communication challenging and our carers are trained to identify signs so as to create a positive environment for our clients by ensuring familiarity in their surroundings.

Guardian Trust Care carers maintain a safe environment for your loved one and are able to manage changing behaviour and create the appropriate social interaction.

It is usual that we would also support individuals living with Dementia with:

* Personal home care

* Practical help at home

* Help with getting out and about in the community

* Medication support

* Respite care and holiday support for those caring for a loved one to take a break

* Emotional support for the whole family
